Important Dates
- Full conference paper submission deadline: 23:59 Istanbul time (+3 GMT) on 4 September 2023.
- Initial notification by IoTHIC Scientific Committee: 24 September 2023.
- Amended final paper submission deadline: 6 October 2023.
- Registration deadline for presenters: 13 October 2023.
Submission and Publication Information
Submitted papers will pass an initial screening by the Conference Scientific Committee. If successful at the initial screening stage, each paper will be moved to the peer-review process. Papers will be evaluated based on relevance, soundness, novelty, practical relevance, and potential impact. All accepted and presented papers will be published in the conference proceedings book “Engineering Cyber-Physical Systems and Critical Infrastructures” to be published by Springer.
Extended versions of distinguished papers will be nominated for publishing in the following WoS and SCOPUS-indexed journals:
- Network Modeling Analysis in Health Informatics and Bioinformatics
- International Journal of Computational Science and Engineering
- International Journal of Embedded Systems
- International Journal of Biomedical Engineering and Technology
- Advances in Transportation Studies

Instructions for paper submission
- The papers should be written in English.
- Papers should be 8–15 pages in length and 1.5-spaced with 2.5 cm margins on all sides. The font size is 11 and the font family must be Times Roman.
- The paper must not have been published or is not currently under review elsewhere in a conference or journal.
